Why would you donate sperm?
Donating sperm is literally giving the gift of life to a child and
fulfilling the dream of parenthood for many individuals and couples.
These new parents are forever grateful to our sperm donors. The
ultimate reward for becoming a sperm donor is the knowledge that
you are helping couples experience the joy of conceiving and having
a child. Each year in the United States, more than 20,000 children
are conceived through donor insemination, thanks to the contributions
of generous men who are willing to donate their sperm.
Sperm Donor Programs: Application requirements
The qualification process takes approximately 3-4 weeks. To be accepted
in our Sperm Donor Programs, all candidates must meet the following
initial requirements:

be between the ages of 18 and 39 |

be currently attending (or graduated) from college |
| • |
live commuting distance to our office |
| • |
donate 1-2 times a week for a period of six (6) months |
| • |
abstinence from any type of ejaculation 2-5 days prior to
collection |
| • |
proof of ID and address, i.e. NY driver’s license |
| • |

reimbursement
Manhattan CryoBank reimburses qualified sperm donors for their time
and commitment to the program. The reimbursement is once a month
via check for collections during the prior month.
